SCA hires art instructors as Independent Contractors based on the type of art program a hosting facility requests and the location where the program will be held. SCA art instructors are required to submit an application packet including a resume and references. To ensure the safety of our participants,  all art instructors must also pass a background check. 



If you would like to apply to teach for SCA, please
to complete an Instructor Application and find details for our teachers. 

Once your application materials have been received, they will be reviewed and you 
will be contacted on their status. If you are selected to teach, we will move forward
with a background check. Once that has been completed, you will now be in our
artist database and as programs receive funding, we will contact the artists from our database to discuss teaching availability.
